Three Layer Sportswear is a wholesale distributor that ONLY sells to businesses who embellish or resell the merchandise. You will be required to provide a Resale Certificate (aka Seller’s Permit) when you submit your company information. Have your company details, billing and shipping information, and resale certificate number ready.

Wholesale Ordering Basics

We offer no minimum ordering from January through September. During our busy season, October through December, please order single sizes in packs of 6 (one polybag) per color, per size. Sizes and colors can be mixed. In-stock paid orders placed by 12pm PT ship the same day. Orders of $200 or more on listed wholesale prices ship free. Samples are paid at standard wholesale price, and their cost is credited back on your first order. Custom colors on an existing style require 600 pieces per style per color for fleece styles and 1,200 for the 1003 and 1005 tees. A new custom style requires 2,400 units. Custom orders take 120 days total, with 60 days for production and 60 days for shipping.

Ordering

Written confirmation of phone orders are recommended. Three Layer will not be responsible for errors on Phone Orders submitted without written confirmation prior to order processing.

Payment Terms

Prepay, COD (Cashiers Check or Company Check), or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express) is the preferred method of payment. Company Check or Net 30 terms are based on favorable credit information and/or credit history.

Wholesale blank apparel, designed in Los Angeles

Three Layer Sportswear supplies blank, undecorated apparel to screen printers, clothing brands, and merch companies. We offer no minimum ordering from January through September. During our busy season, October through December, please order single sizes in packs of 6 (one polybag) per color, per size. Orders placed by 12pm PT ship the same day, with 1 to 2 day delivery across Southern California. Same-day pickup: walk in at our Downtown store, or book an appointment at our 39th St warehouse. Custom and private label production runs about 120 days.
