Is there a minimum order on wholesale blank apparel?
No. There is no minimum order on standard, in-stock styles, so a single piece is fine, and you can mix sizes and colors within one order. Custom colors on an existing style need 600 pieces per color, and a brand new custom cut-and-sew style needs 2,400 units.
How fast do wholesale orders ship?
In-stock, paid orders placed by 12pm PT ship the same day from the 39th St warehouse. Custom orders take 120 days total, 60 days for production and 60 days for shipping.
What sizes and fabric weights are available across the catalog?
Adult styles run from XS to 5XL depending on style, and youth styles run XS to 2XL. Weights span 4.5 oz combed cotton tees up to the 12 oz 15001 Urban heavyweight hoodie, with most fleece styles at 8.8 oz midweight (P280, CR280, 7770, 8801) or 7.8 to 8.0 oz lightweight (5108, 5109, 3130).
Where is Three Layer apparel designed and made?
Every style is designed in LA and manufactured in Pakistan at a WRAP-certified partner factory that also holds FLA, C-TPAT, Sedex, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and amfori BSCI certification.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are ordered at the standard wholesale price once you open a wholesale account, and that cost is credited back on your first order.
How does Three Layer’s fleece weight compare to other blank suppliers?
