Wholesale Blanks for Merch Companies
Decoration-ready blanks with reliable lead times, consistent dye lots, and garment construction suited for high-volume printing. Designed in LA, manufactured in Pakistan.
Decoration Versatility for Every Client Brief
Merch companies do not have the luxury of specializing in one decoration method. A single week might include 2,000 hoodies for a touring band, embroidered crewnecks for a tech launch, and heat-pressed tees for a pop-up event. You need blanks that perform across every method without surprises.
Selected Three Layer styles are suitable for screen printing (plastisol and water-based), embroidery, DTG, DTF, and heat transfer vinyl applications. Sublimation is available on compatible polyester-rich select styles. The fabric weight, surface texture, and garment construction are designed to accept decoration cleanly and hold it through repeated washing. One vendor for most common decoration methods, that simplifies sourcing and reduces lead-time risk.
Fast Turnaround Starts with Reliable Inventory
Rush orders are the norm in merch. A client needs 500 printed hoodies by next Friday and calls you on Monday. You cannot deliver on that timeline if your blank supplier is out of stock or shipping from overseas with a six-week lead time.
Three Layer maintains deep domestic inventory on our core styles and colorways, so you can place orders knowing stock is available and ready to ship. We build our inventory planning around the reality that orders arrive in concentrated bursts, often tied to tours, product launches, or seasonal campaigns that do not wait.
Wide Size Range for Diverse Audiences
When a band sells hoodies at a concert, they need sizes from Small through 4XL to fit every fan in the crowd. When a company orders employee merch, they need inclusive sizing that works for their entire team. Size availability varies by style and colorway.
Three Layer offers an extended size range across our most popular styles, so you can fulfill orders without sourcing oversize runs from a second vendor. The same fit, quality, and print results from Small through 4XL.
Event-Ready Inventory at Scale
Whether your client is launching merch for a 50-date tour, a music festival, a brand activation, or a corporate conference, you need the ability to order in volume while maintaining quality and lead times. Three Layer’s wholesale program is built for high-volume merch production with tiered pricing structured for volume.
We also support repeat ordering with consistent dye lots and sizing. We work to maintain color and fit consistency across reorders, though slight lot-to-lot variation can occur as with any apparel production.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity for merch companies buying from Three Layer?
No. There is no minimum order on standard, in-stock blanks. Single pieces are fine, and you can mix sizes and colors freely within one order. Minimums only apply to Three Layer’s own custom production: 600 pieces per color for a custom color on an existing style, or 2,400 units for a brand-new custom-cut style.
How fast can Three Layer ship blanks for a rush merch order, and is shipping free?
In-stock paid orders placed by 12pm PT ship the same day from our Los Angeles-area warehouse, so a Monday order can still hit a tight Friday deadline once your decorator’s turnaround is added. Free shipping applies on orders of $200 or more of listed wholesale pricing, continental USA.
How long does a fully custom order take, and is that different from standard stock?
Yes, these are two different timelines. In-stock standard blanks placed by 12pm PT ship the same day. A brand-new custom-cut style or a custom color on an existing style is separate production and takes 120 days total, 60 days production plus 60 days shipping. Plan a custom program, like a new tour logo colorway, around the 120-day window, and use standard in-stock colors for anything on a rush timeline.
Will dye lots and sizing stay consistent if I reorder mid-tour or mid-event?
Yes. Three Layer backs reorders with a same-dye-lot guarantee and consistent sizing, which matters when a tour or festival run needs a second or third print batch to match the first.
How do Three Layer’s blanks compare to Bella+Canvas or Independent Trading Co for a merch program?
The P280 hoodie runs 8.8oz at 298 GSM in a 70/30 cotton-poly fleece, a similar weight class to the Bella+Canvas 3719 (8.0oz, 52/48 cotton-poly, 32 singles) but with a higher cotton ratio for a heavier hand feel. The CR280 crewneck shares that 8.8oz, 298 GSM, 70/30 construction, comparable to the Bella+Canvas 3901 raglan crewneck (8.0oz, 52/48 cotton-poly, 271 GSM converted, not manufacturer-stated). For a heavier program, the 15001 Urban hoodie runs 12oz at 407 GSM in an 80/20 cotton-poly brushed fleece, heavier than the Independent Trading Co IND4000 (10oz, 330 GSM manufacturer-stated, 70/30 cotton-poly with a cotton face yarn).
What decoration methods work on Three Layer blanks, including sublimation?
Screen printing (plastisol and water-based), embroidery, DTG, DTF, and heat transfer vinyl all perform on select Three Layer styles. Sublimation is more limited. Our fabrics are 70/30 or 80/20 cotton-poly blends, which give a muted, vintage-style sublimation result rather than full color vibrancy, since we do not stock 100 percent polyester, the fabric that produces the brightest sublimation results. Sublimation does not work on 100 percent cotton styles at all.
