Selected Three Layer styles are suitable for screen printing (plastisol and water-based), embroidery, DTG, DTF, and heat transfer vinyl applications. No Three Layer blank is suitable for sublimation. Three Layer does not stock high-polyester fabric, and its cotton-poly blends and 100 percent cotton styles are not suitable for sublimation. The fabric weight, surface texture, and garment construction are designed to accept decoration cleanly and hold it through repeated washing. How fast can Three Layer ship blanks for a rush merch order, and is shipping free?
In-stock paid orders placed by 12pm PT ship the same day from our Los Angeles-area warehouse, so a Monday order can still hit a tight Friday deadline once your decorator’s turnaround is added. Free shipping applies on orders of $200 or more of listed wholesale pricing, continental USA.
How long does a fully custom order take, and is that different from standard stock?
Yes, these are two different timelines. In-stock standard blanks placed by 12pm PT ship the same day. A brand-new custom-cut style or a custom color on an existing style is separate production and takes 120 days total, 60 days production plus 60 days shipping. Plan a custom program, like a new tour logo colorway, around the 120-day window, and use standard in-stock colors for anything on a rush timeline.
Will dye lots and sizing stay consistent if I reorder mid-tour or mid-event?
Three Layer guarantees same-dye-lot matching within an order. Confirm dye-lot matching before promising a match to an earlier shipment.

Our fabrics are 70/30 or 80/20 cotton-poly blends or 100 percent cotton, and we do not stock the high-polyester fabric that sublimation needs.
