Which Tee Is Right for Your Program
The 1003 at 4.5 oz is the higher-volume choice. Its 20-color range and combed cotton construction make it the go-to for DTG runs that need a soft hand feel and color variety. Screen printers get a consistent print surface and a wide color palette to offer clients.
The 1005 at 6.0 oz is for buyers who want a premium, weighty feel that customers associate with quality. The ringspun construction gives an equally smooth print surface but at a fabric weight that holds its shape better over time. Available in Black and White only, it works best for printers running two-color programs or brands that keep a focused palette.
Decoration Guidance
Both styles are 100% cotton, which makes them excellent for screen printing and DTG. Plastisol and water-based inks both perform well. For DTG, pre-treatment is required on black colorways. Embroidery works on both. Heat transfer and DTF work at standard cotton press settings. Sublimation is limited to White colorways only and will produce a muted result on natural fibers.

Ringspun cotton is spun by twisting fibers together, producing a stronger yarn than carded cotton. Combed ringspun (like the 1003) goes one step further by removing short fibers and impurities before spinning, which gives the fabric a noticeably smoother hand feel and cleaner print surface.
Is there a minimum order on blank t-shirts?
No minimum on standard stock. Order by the piece, the dozen, or the case. The 1003 is also available in case packs for high-volume buyers who want consistent folding and stacking.
Do the tees come pre-shrunk?
Both styles are preshrunk. The 1003 uses a laundering process to stabilize the fabric before shipping. Size charts on each product page reflect post-wash dimensions.
Can I get custom colors in the 1005?

Yes. Custom colors on an existing style require a 600-piece minimum per color. A brand new custom-cut style requires 2,400 units. Custom production takes 120 days total, 60 days for production and 60 days for shipping
