Which Tee Is Right for Your Program
The 1003 at 4.5 oz is the higher-volume choice. Its 20-color range and combed cotton construction make it the go-to for DTG runs that need a soft hand feel and color variety. Screen printers get a consistent print surface and a wide color palette to offer clients.
The adult 1005 is 6.0 oz, 203 GSM, 100% ringspun cotton in Black and White, with sizes S to 3XL. The ringspun construction gives an equally smooth print surface but at a fabric weight that holds its shape better over time. It works best for brands that keep a focused palette of two garment colors.
Decoration Guidance
Both styles are 100% cotton, which makes them excellent for screen printing and DTG. Plastisol and water-based inks both perform well. For DTG, pre-treatment is required on black colorways. Embroidery works on both. Heat transfer and DTF work at standard cotton press settings. Neither the 1003 nor the 1005 is suitable for sublimation because conventional sublimation dye does not bond to 100% cotton.

Small orders welcome on standard stock. For same-day tee dispatch, place and pay for your in-stock 1003 or 1005 order by 12pm PT. Southern California delivery is typically 1 to 2 days. West Coast delivery is typically 1-2 business days, Midwest delivery is typically 3-4 business days, and East Coast delivery is typically 5-6 business days via standard ground.

Do the tees come pre-shrunk?
Both styles are preshrunk. The 1003 uses a laundering process to stabilize the fabric before shipping. Size charts on each product page reflect post-wash dimensions.
Can I get custom colors in the 1005?
The 1005 is available in Black and White as standard stock. To move beyond the 1005’s Black and White stock options, order at least 1,200 pieces for each custom color. Sizes may be mixed within that color run. Contact us to discuss custom programs.

A brand new custom-cut style requires 2,400 units. For either tee style, custom production needs 60 days and shipping needs another 60. The complete schedule is 120 days.
