Custom colors and new styles
Custom colors on an existing Three Layer style require 600 pieces per style per color for fleece styles and 1,200 for the 1003 and 1005 tees, with sizes mixed within the minimum. A new cut-and-sew style requires 2,400 units per style. Production takes 60 days plus 60 days shipping, for 120 days total. Three Layer designs garments in Los Angeles and manufactures through a WRAP-certified partner factory in Pakistan. Send a spec sheet or sample to sales@threelayer.com to discuss your custom program.
Custom fabric options include lightweight jersey, technical materials, novelty knits and heavyweight fleece.
Custom trims can include zippers, embossed eyelets, labels and hangtags. Production managers in the USA and Pakistan coordinate development, production and delivery.
Need to assess an existing blank first? Stock styles have no minimum ordering from January through September. During our busy season, October through December, please order single sizes in packs of 6 (one polybag) per color, per size. After opening a wholesale account, samples can be ordered at standard wholesale price. These stock-sample terms are separate from approval of a custom production sample.
Custom Program Features/Requirements
- Lead time: 120 days total after approval of samples, lab dips and trims, comprising 60 days production and 60 days shipping.
- Minimum: 2,400 units per style for a brand new custom cut and sew style (custom colors on an existing style require 600 pieces per style per color for fleece styles and 1,200 for the 1003 and 1005 tees, and sizes can be mixed within the minimum)
- Req: Spec sheets or a sample
- Payment/Terms: 30% advanced deposit, 40% at the time when goods are produced and shipped from the factory, and remaining 30% at the time of delivery.
