Then email your sample request to sales@threelayer.com with the styles and colors you want to evaluate, and our team will confirm availability and ship within 2-3 business days.
What to Evaluate
When your samples arrive, here’s what to check:
- Fabric weight and hand feel does it match your brand’s quality standard?
- Construction quality check double-needle stitching, ribbing, and seam integrity
- Decoration test run a test print or embroidery to verify adhesion and results
- Wash test wash 3 times and check for shrinkage, pilling, and color fastness
- Tear-away label test the relabeling experience for your brand
- Size accuracy compare to your existing blanks for fit consistency
