Then email your sample request to sales@threelayer.com with the styles and colors you want to evaluate, and our team will confirm availability and ship within 2-3 business days.
What to Evaluate
When your samples arrive, here’s what to check:
- Fabric weight and hand feel does it match your brand’s quality standard?
- Construction quality check double-needle stitching, ribbing, and seam integrity
- Decoration test run a test print or embroidery to verify adhesion and results
- Wash test wash 3 times and check for shrinkage, pilling, and color fastness
- Tear-away label test the relabeling experience for your brand
- Size accuracy compare to your existing blanks for fit consistency

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order samples before committing to a bulk order, and what does it cost?
Yes, samples are available after you open a wholesale account, and they are not free. You order them at the standard wholesale price with no upcharge, and that sample cost is credited back on your first order. So you pay for the sample upfront, but you get that amount deducted from your first bulk order.
Is there a minimum order quantity if I decide to move forward with a bulk order?
No, there is no minimum order on standard stock, so you can order a single piece. There is also no restriction on mixing sizes or colors within one order. For custom work, a custom color on an existing style requires 600 pieces per color, and a brand new custom cut-and-sew style requires 2,400 units.
How fast will my sample or in-stock order ship once I place it?
In-stock paid orders placed by 12pm PT ship the same day. For custom orders, the production time is 60 days plus 60 days shipping, for a total of 120 days.
What accreditations does your manufacturing process hold?
The product is designed in the Los Angeles Fashion District and manufactured in Pakistan at a WRAP-certified partner factory. Additional certifications include OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and amfori BSCI. The company has been in business for 13 years and holds a BBB A+ rating.
Do you allow mixing sizes and colors when I place my first bulk order after sampling?
Yes, there is no restriction on mixing sizes or colors within one order for standard stock. This applies to all in-stock orders, including your first one after sampling. Your sample credit is applied to that first order regardless of how you mix the items.
