How Our Garments Are Made
Three Layer designs every garment in Los Angeles and produces through a long-term partner factory in Pakistan, with deep Three Layer oversight on production and quality control. We did not pick a different lowest bidder each season. We built one relationship and invested in it, because consistent garments come from consistent people and processes. Knitting, dyeing, cutting, and sewing are all handled by our partner factory. The payoff is accountability: because those steps run at our WRAP certified partner factory, a single long-term partner, our oversight reaches each of them directly instead of being spread across separate subcontractors.

Oversight at Three Stages, Not One
Every production run is inspected at three points: the fabric stage, mid-sew, and final inspection before shipment. Catching a problem at the fabric stage costs hours. Catching it after a container lands in Los Angeles costs everyone weeks. Three-stage inspection is how we protect both the buyer and the people doing the work, because rushed rework is where corners get cut.
Materials With Nothing to Hide
Our garments are built on Pakistani cotton. Blends are always cotton-dominant, and polyester never exceeds half the fabric. Weights run from 153 to 407 GSM across the line, so the quality story holds from lightweight tees to true heavyweight fleece. We publish real specs like shrinkage of 3 to 5 percent depending on cotton weight, because buyers who decorate garments for a living deserve numbers, not adjectives.

Questions Buyers Ask Us
Can I verify the quality before committing?
Yes. With a wholesale account, you can order samples at standard wholesale prices. Pay for those samples upfront. Many buyers also visit the LA showroom and handle the garments in person.
Do you do private label under the same ethical standards?
Yes. Custom colors start at 600 pieces per style per color for fleece styles and 1,200 for the 1003 and 1005 tees, and sizes can be mixed within the minimum. Full custom cut and sew starts at 2,400 units per new style, produced at the same factory under the same three-stage inspection. Custom production takes 120 days total, 60 days production plus 60 days shipping. Details are on the custom orders page.
Is there a minimum order on blanks?
We offer no minimum ordering from January through September. During our busy season, October through December, please order single sizes in packs of 6 (one polybag) per color, per size. This applies once your wholesale account is approved. Small brands get the same garments and the same sourcing story as large ones.
