Seamless crewneck body: The CR280 crewneck is built with a seamless body, giving decorators a clean, uninterrupted canvas for large front and back prints.
Child-safe youth construction: Youth styles in sizes XS through M ship without drawstrings, in line with child safety practice for kids’ apparel.
Cotton-rich blends chosen for decoration: Our midweight fleece runs a 70/30 cotton-poly blend and our premium hoodie line runs 80/20. The cotton-dominant face supports cleaner print results, while the polyester content delivers shape retention and durability that pure cotton cannot match. Independently Audited Production
Quality claims are easy to make, so we back ours with independent verification. Three Layer garments are made at our WRAP certified partner factory in Pakistan, and the designs come out of our Los Angeles Fashion District studio. Working with one dedicated WRAP certified partner factory means we manage production directly instead of relying on a rotating cast of contract suppliers.
That factory is WRAP certified (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), the independent standard for lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing. Our factories are inspected annually by a non-affiliated third-party auditing company, and Three Layer adds numerous unannounced visits of its own throughout the year. We follow the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct, maintain security practices consistent with C-TPAT guidelines, and participate in the Sedex framework for ethical sourcing. Our fabrics are certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 at Product Class I, the strictest level, and our partner factories are audited under amfori BSCI.
